Practical Tips & Tricks
By the end of week 4, participants will have:
- attended the weekly Zoom meeting or watched the recording of the meeting.
- watched a mindfulness class given by Jon Kabbat-Zinn
- given a class on mindfulness to students, family members, friends, or in social networks using the techniques used in the video using Canva with their webcam on and using presentation slides with only images.
- tried out various mindfulness awareness techniques
- listed 3 favorite techniques in the video presentation created on Canva.
- showcased and reflected on the activities they created in weeks 1-4 using Canva audio and video screen recording free tool and published the videos on Youtube, Vimeo, or other platforms and shared the link.
- created a book using Canva eBook, Ourboox, or Book Creator to showcase their work and reflect.
- Received a digital badge for completing the tasks of week 4.
