    By the end of week 3, participants will have:
    • attended the weekly Zoom meeting or watched the recording of the meeting. 
    • explored and compared formal vs. informal mindfulness awareness practice using Mindfulness Awareness Practice free GPT developed by Dr. Nellie Deutsch, asked it to generate it in a PDF file, uploaded the PDF file to their computer and uploaded it to Google drive, shared as public, copied the link, added the link to their browser window, copied the embed code, went into "Tools" and pasted the code in the "Source code".
    • added to a Kialo discussion with pros and cons of each based on the information and shared it with the other participants.
    • added their comments and ideas to at least one other participants' Kialo discussion. 
    • listened to 2 podcasts on mindfulness and student behavior and on mindfulness and teacher burnout.
    • reflected on the two podcasts using Riff Bot AI and shared the results. 
    • read and watched a video about a mindfulness technique called "pause" and how they can use it with their students in the classroom.
    • created activities based on the mindfulness technique called "pause" using Mindfulness ChatGPT and shared the information as a PDF file by uploading it to Google drive and pasting the embed code in "Tools" under "Source code".
    • reflected on the process using an individual diary activity. 
    • received a digital badge for completing the tasks of week 3.
