In week 1, participants will get acquainted with each other, the layout of the session, and mindfulness, team up, and start their journal writing.
Jon Kabat-Zinn, the 'father of modern mindfulness', defines mindfulness meditation as “the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally”. Jon shares his ideas to help us live more mindfully and help make this world a happier, wiser and a more compassionate world.
