Hello all,

First of all I create my own site using

Reflecting on this activity, I found the process of backing up a Moodle course both practical and important for course management and long-term accessibility. The step-by-step backup procedure was straightforward and helped me better understand how course content, settings, and resources can be securely preserved for future use, restoration, or sharing.

Creating the walkthrough video also allowed me to explore the course environment from both the teacher’s and the student’s perspectives. This helped me recognize the differences in access, visibility, and navigation between the two roles. Recording the process required attention to detail and organization, especially when explaining the backup settings and demonstrating the final downloaded .mbz file.

Using video as a reflective and instructional tool was particularly valuable because it promotes clarity, communication, and digital literacy skills. It also highlighted the importance of creating reusable learning materials that can support both instructors and learners in online education environments.

Overall, this activity strengthened my confidence in using Moodle course management tools and enhanced my ability to document and communicate technical processes effectively.
