In this activity, I went to More → Course reuse → Backup and kept the default backup settings. I reviewed the selected course sections, activities, resources, files, badges, and certificate content. After that, I performed the backup and downloaded the final .mbz file to my computer.
This process was useful because it showed me how to save and protect a complete Moodle course. The backup file can be used later to restore, reuse, or share the course when needed.
Overall, this activity helped me understand the importance of backing up a course and keeping a secure copy of my work.
