I wanted to let you know that I’ve been experiencing an issue while trying to connect to my Badgr Backpack through the course. I have been unable to move forward because I keep receiving the error message shown in the attached screenshot. I have been facing this problem since last week and have not been able to proceed with the course requirements.
I would appreciate your guidance or assistance in resolving this issue so I can continue with the course activities.
