Reflection: My Background and AI Aspirations

Dear Dr. Nellie and Peers,

Following the instructions for the "Background, Goals, and Expectations" activity, I am sharing my reflections as I transition from a medical and imaging technologist background into the world of Moodle course development.

Current Experience with Moodle: I have spent the last few moths navigating Moodle as a student, participating in forums and using tools like Filmora,chatgpt,Youware,Lovable,Elevenslab,Edcafe and Zoom for assignments. Now, I am ready to explore the platform's backend to see how it functions from a teacher’s perspective.

Goals for AI & Moodle: I hope to master the integration of AI tools (such as Eleven Labs and Colossyan) to build interactive medical education resources. I want to move beyond basic text and create a truly immersive learning adventure.

AI Support in Teaching: I see AI tools like ChatGPT,Edcafe and Magic School etc. as essential partners in creating diverse and accessible activities. My focus is on using these technologies to make online education feel more personal, engaging, and supportive for every learner.
