I'm not sure that there is a good connection between the platform and https://badges.parchment.com/backpack/badges because when I try to connect my badges here with Backpack and when it gets to putting my email there then, it either says that the email returns (a kind of) an empty message (like it was yesterday) or that "There was a problem connecting to your backpack. Your backpack provider is sending this message: '{$a}'" (like it appears to be today):
And it's always the same whether I'm trying to use my usual Gmail email or my ECU email, yeah... 😙
So my Backpack account looks like this now, but it doesn't seem to be possible to add there my badges from here at this time 🤔:
Could you please check that all the necessary settings there and the connections between Backpack and Moodle are set correctly for sure, Nellie? Gracias! 🤗

I've tried to connect my badges here with Backpack again now, but it was only saying "There was a problem connecting to your backpack. Your backpack provider is sending this message: ''." every time when I was indicating either my usual Gmail or ECU email there now... 😏:
So it still doesn't seem to be working in someone's case now, alas... Hopefully, I'm doing everything correctly there (as much as it can be seen from these fresh related screenshots). But if still not, lease let me know about that then too. Gracias! 🤗

I've already had an account registered at my usual Gmail email before, yes. But even if I was logging in there while trying to connect the badges here with Backpack at the same time, it was still staying the same then... 😙
However, when I've just made a new badgr.com account associated with my ECU email in this case, the miracle has happened and it's suddenly worked, hooray! 🤗
So, in this case, that email verification has fortunately worked and it went further then, yep 🥳.
I've already posted one of the badges to Backpack. Will share its screenshot there in the related forum too, as we guess... 🙂
