Course Certificate of Completion (Week 3)

In this forum, you will create a custom certificate in Moodle and restrict access to it based on course completion.

Instructions on how to create a custom certificate of completion based on course completion

1. Create your certificate design in Canva.
2. Download the certificate to your computer.
3. Create a topic section and call it Certificate of Completion.
4. Add and activity or resource under that topic section.
5. Choose custom certificate.
6. Click Add.
7. Add the certificate name and description.
8. Go to Restrict access.
9. Click Add restriction.
10. Choose Course completion.
11. Save and display.
12. Click Edit certificate.
13. Add the certificate elements, the background and student name.
14. Add your Canva certificate design as the background and choose it in the dropdown or it will show a blank page.
15. Adjust the placement of each element.
16. Save the certificate.
17. Preview the certificate to make sure everything appears correctly.

Instructions for your forum post:

1. After creating the custom certificate, create a walkthrough video using Colossyan, Filmora 15, or ScreenPal to take us on a tour of the activities. 
2. Upload the video to YouTube and share as unlisted, and paste the link or upload to Google drive, go into share and make unrestricted and viewable by anyone who has the link, copy the link and paste the link of the video.
