Showcase your course on Online Courses for Free (Week 4)

Take us on a tour of your sandbox with the activities and resources. Create a video showcasing and reflecting on your experience.

Instructions:

  1. Get a free account on  Filmora 15 (only use this link for the account)
  2. Download  Filmora 15.
  3. Watch the video below (add your comments to the video on YouTube)
  4. Go to "Screen Recorder"  in the app.
  5. Hit "Record PC Screen"
  6. Ensure that you choose the correct audio on the recorder in the permission to record when prompted. 
  7. Make sure you're on the screen you'd like to share.
  8. Hit the red record button.
  9. Start your walkthrough video as you show the screen areas and speak. 
  10. Export the video as high quality video when you're done.
  11. Choose "Local" as the destination.
  12. Go into Youtube > Create > Upload the video as unlisted.
  13. Paste the link of the YouTube video in your post.
  14. Remember to add your comments to my video below on Youtube.
  15. Reply to at least one other participant.
  16. You may also record your course using Colossyan or ScreenPal

Watch the video below on how to record the screen as you walk us through the course layout using Filmora 15.

Export your  Filmora 15 video file to your computer and upload it  to YouTube as an unlisted video, and paste the link or upload to Google drive, share as public, add "pre" to the video and use Generico to insert it to Website and save.

Comparison to Other Platforms How does the Moodle course compare to other digital or virtual platforms you have used? What makes a Moodle course stand out in terms of engagement?  
Practical Applications In what ways do you think a Moodle course can be utilized in educational or professional settings? How can these features enhance learning, collaboration, or other activities?  
Suggestions for Improvement Are there any aspects of the course that you think could be improved to enhance engagement even further? What additional features or changes would you suggest?
