Thank you for your questions regarding the certification procedure for MMVC26 (August 1, 2026) and VWMOOC26 (August 2 - 31, 2026) our upcoming events in August .

Please find the details below on how you will receive your certificates:

  • Join the Zoom Meetings Attendees must join the live MMVC26 Zoom meetings using their correct name and email address. You can register for the 11 live sessions and access the Zoom links directly on the MMVC26 Moodle Course Page at https://integrating-technology.org/course/view.php?id=14. Since there are 11 Zoom meetings scheduled for this one-day event on August 1, 2026, you will have the opportunity to earn 11 distinct certificates of attendance. The integration relies on this specific registration and attendance data to generate each certificate accurately.

  • Fulfill Attendance Requirements The system automatically tracks the duration of time spent in each individual meeting. Certificates are issued based on meeting the minimum attendance time set by the course organizers for each of the 11 sessions.

  • Automated Data Import Once each Zoom meeting concludes, the Gutenberg Certs integration securely imports the participant list along with the recorded attendance times directly into the template.

Sharing and Community Connection

  • Delivery and Verification Eligible attendees receive their digital certificates directly via email. These certificates are shareable, downloadable as a PDF, and contain verifiable, tamper proof details to serve as secure proof of attendance.
