    Topic: Staying Focused and Avoiding Burnout

    In Week 3, participants will apply the Pomodoro Technique to improve focus and productivity. They will explore how structured work sessions and regular breaks can increase energy, reduce distractions, and prevent burnout.

    Participants will:
    • create a Pomodoro Planning Map in Canva that divides their tasks into 25-minute focus sessions with 5-minute breaks.
    • visually track progress and note when their concentration is strongest, then share their experiences in the discussion forum.
