Overview of Course

This self-paced, two-track course provides instructor-facilitated individual support for adults who use Moodle in teaching or administrative roles. It is designed for educators and administrators who want practical help, clear guidance, and reliable solutions without live meetings or scheduled sessions.
The course offers two parallel support tracks. Track 1 is for teachers who want support using AI tools to create and improve Moodle activities, assessments, and learning resources. Track 2 is for Moodle administrators who want support using AI tools, including ChatGPT, for scripts, coding, configuration guidance, and troubleshooting site-level issues.
Participants receive one-on-one instructor guidance tailored to their role and needs. Support is provided asynchronously through Moodle forums and private messaging. The support is fully online using the course Moodle LMS and group chats on ChatGPT for each track, allowing participants to work at their own pace and return whenever they need help.
In addition to individual support, the course encourages peer learning. Participants benefit from reading and contributing to shared questions, responses, and discussions within their track. This allows learners to see real problems, solutions, and workflows relevant to their role, and to learn from the experiences of others.
AI tools are suggested and guided, but not required. Teachers are supported in using AI to design activities, generate instructions, create resources, and refine course content. Administrators are supported in using AI to understand errors, generate scripts or code snippets, and troubleshoot configuration, plugins, and technical issues. All AI use is guided by the instructor to ensure accuracy, relevance, and responsible application.
This course is ideal for adults who want ongoing, practical support with Moodle, prefer written guidance they can revisit, and value both individual help and shared learning—without time pressure or live sessions.
