• Introduction 

    In week 1 part 1, participants will be introduced to each other, the course facilitator, the Moodle platform, and AI tools for teachers. The focus is on building community, getting familiar with the online environment, and exploring how AI can enhance teaching. Participants create and post short video introductions using Colossyan. They also learn how to navigate the Moodle generated course by accessing the weekly sections, using forums to share tasks, and exploring a list of resources and activities and create a walkthrough video using Colossyan screen recorder.     By the end of Week 1, participants will have:

    • connected with peers and the facilitator through AI-generated video introductions.

    • gained familiarity with the layout of the course.

    • been introduced to a range of AI tools tailored for research.

    This week lays a strong foundation for collaboration, experimentation, and meaningful learning throughout the course.
