• Building an AI Assistant for Moodle

    In Week 2, participants will begin building the core components of their AI agent for Moodle in their individual server sandbox. Using their Moodle installation, terminal access, AgentLab, and an AI provider such as Gemini or ChatGPT, they will move from the agent they defined in Week 1 to a working prototype.

    Participants will use AgentLab as a development guide to determine the appropriate structure for their agent, create the necessary components, connect the agent to an AI model, and test its basic functionality within their Moodle environment. They will also share their progress, discuss challenges they encounter, and learn from the solutions developed by other participants.

    By the end of Week 2, participants will have:

    • begun building their AI agent in their server sandbox.
    • connected their agent to an AI model.
    • created and tested the core components of their agent.
    • begun integrating the agent with their Moodle environment.
    • documented their progress and shared solutions with other participants.
