Activities focus on short guided practices such as mindful breathing and body awareness, along with personal reflection on current habits, stress, and attention.Week 2 β Developing Daily Mindfulness Practices
In Week 2, participants begin integrating mindfulness into daily routines. The focus is on informal practices such as mindful eating, mindful walking, and awareness during routine activities. Participants track their experiences, notice distractions and patterns, and reflect on how small moments of awareness can shift their responses throughout the day.Week 3 β Mindfulness in the Classroom
In week 3, participants explore how mindfulness can be applied in educational settings. Participants examine age-appropriate mindfulness activities, classroom routines, and strategies for supporting focus, emotional regulation, and a calm learning environment. Reflection focuses on adapting mindfulness practices for different learners and teaching contexts.Week 4 β Showcase and Reflect
In Week 4, participants showcase their mindfulness journey and reflect on what they have learned. They share insights, personal practices that worked best, and changes they noticed in awareness or well-being. The course concludes with reflection on sustaining mindfulness beyond the course and setting intentions for continued practice.
