Week 1: Introduction
In Week 1, participants are introduced to each other, the facilitator, the Moodle platform, and AI tools for teaching through hands-on activities. They create and post video introductions using Colossyan, share their background, goals, and expectations, and reflect on AI for instruction and learning. They also create a walkthrough video of the course layout, request their own course on the Online Courses for Free Moodle site, and complete a reflection on their learning for the week.
This week lays a strong foundation for collaboration, experimentation, and meaningful learning throughout the course.
