Mindfulness Awareness Practice (MAP) is a 4 week course. Participants of the course will learn about the research behind mindfulness, practice formal mindfulness, develop a mindfulness awareness practice (MAP), and learn how to use it anywhere.

The course starts on September 1, 2020 and ends on October 24, 2020. There are 9 live online ZOOM classes with recording for those who cannot attend or would like to review the content of the meeting. The ZOOM meetings will be held on Sundays at 8 AM EST/12 PM UTC. The course will remain open for the duration of the year.
